We collect and process personal data about you when you interact with us and our websites, and when you purchase services from us. This includes:

How did we obtain your personal data?


QR Codes

The QR Codes that we scan at Minute Bar is only for check-in purpose.
We only read the unique ID of the QR Code.
When you opt-in there will be more functionalities in the future.

You provided

Minute Bar has obtained your data because you have provided this data to us, and because Minute Bar has obtained your information from third parties.

Third Parties

These third parties are: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Hotjar, and Facebook Tracking Pixel.

Jibo

Also at Jibo Inc. they take your privacy very seriously. In the Minute Bar, Jibo can only recognize the Minute Bar Crew.

How long will you retain my data?


Where we process registration data, we do this for as long as you are an active user of our sites and for 12 months after this.

Where we process personal data for marketing purposes or with your consent, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests).

We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data so that we can respect your request in future.

Where we process personal data in connection with performing a contract, we keep the transactional data for six years from your last interaction with us (or such longer period as may be required by law).

  • You also have the right, under certain conditions, to ask Minute Bar to restrict the processing of your personal data.


  • Right to object

  • If processing of your data takes place on the grounds of 'legitimate interest' by Minute Bar or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing.
